Returns & Refunds Policy
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
Products must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
Products must be unworn and unwashed with all tags still attached (if your item had tags when you received it) in order to be eligible for a refund.
DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?
Exchanges are currently available and must be done within 14 days of receiving your order.
WHAT ITEMS CAN I RETURN?
You can return all items from your order except if an item is marked as Final Sale; this item is non-returnable. In order to return an item please send us an email on firstname.lastname@example.org with your reason for return.
WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?
- We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order
- For purchases made by part-card, part-gift card, the refund will be applied to the gift card first
- We will make any refunds due to you as soon as possible. Refunds will be actioned within 7 days from the date we receive your order back to our FUELSHOP. Please note it can take up to an additional 5 days for your refund to appear in your account once processed
